Can I create discounts for my customers?
How can I set up my payment methods?
To check or set up payment methods please go to Store tab and click on ‘Payment methods’ “Cash on Delivery” is the default payment method that was set up on start. Visit this page to learn how to set up different payment methods.
Can you choose your own delivery method?
Yes, you can set up and manage your own delivery methods. Navigate to Store tab > select Delivery > click + Add. Select the type of delivery method. To find out more features within delivery, visit this page.
How do I refund an order?
If you need to refund order, please do next steps: 1. Navigate to Orders tab and select the order 2. On the top right corner click on three dots 3. Tap on Refund and enter amount 4. Confirm refund
