Common delivery and logistics questions
1. From your Shopboxo admin page, locate “Getting Started” section
2. Select delivery methods
3. Fill up the required fields
4. Toggle the status to “Active”
5. Click on “Save” button to active your settings
“Shipping” refers to the time when purchases are being shipped out from the seller, while a “Delivery” status implies that these purchases are expected to be delivered to customers today.
A local delivery system enables your customers to buy products online and have it delivered straight to their doorstep. Unlike in-store pickup, where your customers have to collect their orders from the store personally.
